THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL LATER THIS YEAR. WE'RE SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.
Being a designer and running a business is a tricky balance. When you understand the needs of your business while at the same time cultivate the creativity needed for client work to flourish - magic happens. It is essential to lay a foundation for your business that is unique and personalized to ‘who you are’ and ‘what you want’ in order to build a strong brand, have a healthy sustainable business and ultimately have happy clients. When the right blend of structure is in place, you thrive.
This workshop is for creative entrepreneurs who’ve been in business for 5+ years or who have just begun. We’ll address the essential steps for creating a solid plan for longevity and strength while staying on purpose.
You will leave with a clear plan for your business, a one page manifesto you can use across all platforms (website, email blasting, social media etc.). This includes a clear vision & mission statements, defined goals and a strategic plan to get you there. This two-day workshop was created for design thinkers. Having a formal business plan can feel over the top for your small business. Together we will identify and create a functional plan that will guide you in both the big picture and day to day running of your business.
