Design for Good is a national AIGA initiative and we are getting the OC chapter involved! Join us for a day of creative t-shirt designs, while giving back to local non-profit organizations. 

We will be partnering up with the local cause based clothing company, Fodada Wear, to design a new line of shirts for Every Monday Matters where all of the proceeds from the design will go right back to the organization. The event is being held over the course of a day and will go from client brief, through the sketch phase, through design execution; where each of the participants will get to take home a printed t-shirt of their design the day of the event and one will get chosen to fund the charity. 

Organizations:

Every Monday Matters® is a California based organization that creates and delivers programs that inspire people to understand how much they matter and empower them to get involved and make a difference… one Monday, one action at a time.

Fodada is a local caused based clothing company, that supports non-profit organizations through the sale of creative apparel design. The unique shirts get sold through the Fodada website, where all of the proceeds go right back to the charity organization.

Preparation:

• Bring a USB flash drive, laptop, and charger.

• Have a version of Adobe Creative Suite software installed (A free trial of the Creative Suite can be found on Adobe’s Web Site.)
